How we work

Remote, in Pakistan time
There is no office to commute to. We keep a shared window in the middle of the working day for calls, and you plan the rest of your hours.
Written by default
Decisions and handovers are written down, so nobody has to be online at the same moment to know what is going on.
Close to real schools
We build from what happens in a school day: the morning register, fee week, exam results. Everyone on the team talks to the schools who use Classwell.
Real ownership
You own whole pieces of work from the first conversation to the result, and you say early when something is stuck.
