Access in Classwell is enforced by the database itself, not just hidden on screen. Schools are kept apart, staff see what their role allows, and parents see only their own children.

How data is protected
Schools kept apart
One school can never see another school’s data. Branch staff see only their branch.
Roles and permissions
Seven built in roles plus your own, with view, add, change, approve and download rights set page by page.
Teachers and parents
Teachers see the classes they teach. Parents see only the children the school has confirmed.
Nothing quietly lost
Students are archived, payments and expenses are voided with a reason, and permanent deletion is for the Super Admin only.
An audit log
Who did what and when, with a history on each student. It cannot be edited or deleted from the app.
Accounts and files
Staff join by invitation for their own role, so nobody shares a password. Passwords need at least eight characters with letters and numbers, and passwords found in known data leaks are refused.
Documents such as birth certificates and photos are stored privately and opened only through short lived links for people allowed to see them.
